Welcome to ACPHARM PRIVATE LABEL SKINCARE. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ACPHARM QLD’s Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ACPHARM Private Label Skincare website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of AUSTRALIA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Product Labelling

We offer a free basic labelling service. We are not graphic designers, and labelling is a free service that we can offer to you with our basic template. 

Labels are printed on a clear background . At the point of registration you will be provided with a label example/template and any custom names or descriptions that you have supplied will be used to create your label once you have placed your first order, if no custom information was supplied, our generic label information will be used.

If you wish to make any product name or label changes, these need to be provided to us via email PRIOR to placing your online order so that we can update your file. If you require changes to be made to your labels after an order has been placed, a $20 admin/label change fee will apply.

Our label service is a free basic service, we do not offer refund of products for label quality, if your logo is supplied to us in a low resolution image, it can appear slightly pixelated, please ensure you check the quality of your template prior to ordering.

If you are not satisfied with the look or design of our labels, you can arrange the labels to be designed and or printed privately. We do not take any responsibility if your labels are not within specification or do not fit the product correctly. Labelling requirements, templates and bottle sizes are provided on our website at


It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct information is on each label and that no therepeutic claims are being made. ACPHARM holds no responsibility for incorrect labels.


Our products contain minimal hazardous chemical additives that are used to prolong shelf life. However, our products still maintain for 6 months after opening and 12 months from date of manufacture. Manufacture dates can be found on the base of your bottle.

Animal Testing & Derivatives

At ACPHARM we do not undergo, request or support animal testing and don’t use animal derived ingredients with the exception of Beeswax and Honey.

Communication and Meetings

As we offer such great pricing and low minimum quantities, we have hundreds of clinics and therefore we prefer all communication to be done via email. This is to ensure we have a hard copy of all communication to ensure we can have your order 100% correct.

All of our product information & pricing is clearly listed on our website, so we do not offer meetings to discuss your products unless you are having your own product formulated, and meetings are strictly by appointment only. We understand that you may want to discuss things face to face however we do service hundreds of clinics and do not have time to be discussing information already available on our website.

Returns and Refunds

Our products are made in small batches at the time of ordering. All products are required to be kept below 30 degrees celcius and away from sunlight. As we have no way on knowing how the product is kept after it leaves our premises we will happily replace any products within 3 months of ordering if there are any faults with the packaging or product.

If you are buying our products in bulk and repackaging, then we can only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product.

Due to all orders being custom made for your clinic we do not provide refunds at any time

Orders & Turn around times

We endeavour to have your order sent out as soon as possible and provide the following guideline for turn around times:

Up to 100 units – 5-7 business days
100+ units – 7-14 business days
500+ units – 10-15 business days
1000+ units – 15-25 business days


We currently have access to 3 different shipping providers, Fastway couriers, Australia Post and TNT. Depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout, delivery can take up to 7 business days, tracking will be emailed at the point of dispatch. Shipping costs below:

Please note, ACPHARM does not take any responsibility of the safety of your parcel once it has left our premises. If you parcel arrives damaged, please contact the freight provider for further information.

ACPHARM QLD are not responsible for any claims or statements about our products that you make in your own advertising/print material. We can provide advice and you are welcome to use any information on this website, however we accept no responsibility for any claims or statements made about the products.
