FREIGHT & SHIPPING INFORMATION ACPHARM 

Private Label Skincare currently have access to 3 x different shipping providers, Aramex, Australia Post Express & TNT. 

Shipping can take 1-7 business days depending on where you are located within Australia and the shipping selection you choose. If you are located outside of QLD, Australia Post Express will be your quickest option. 

Please be aware that once you have agreed for ACPHARM to post out your order, full responsibility is handed onto yourself and the Postage provider. Any issues with delayed deliveries, lost parcels etc are to be handled directly with postage provider. ACPHARM QLD can not be held responsible for incorrect, late or broken parcels. If you parcel hasn’t arrived on time, you can find your tracking details on your order completion email, or by contacting our team on admin@plskincare.com.au 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 

ACPHARM only offer shipping within Australian & NZ. If you are wanting to send your order internationally, please arrange this yourself. 

You are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the Australia may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. If you do get charged, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. Please note that we do not help complete any other paperwork or documents on your behalf that you may require to export your products into certain countries.
